How do I open a support ticket?
- Select the 'Support Tickets' option from the red 'Help' menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access the support administration area. Note: You can access the 'Help' menu from any area of the WMS. It will always appear in the same location on your screen. If you are on your WMS Start Page, you can click once on the button labelled 'Support Tickets' to be taken directly to the support administration area.
- Click once on the button labelled 'Open new ticket' in the support administration toolbar to open up the form which allows you to fill in a new ticket.
- If you have access to more than one account in the WMS, select which account the enquiry is related to from the drop-down select menu labelled 'Account'.
- Select the category that your enquiry relates to from the drop-down select menu labelled 'Topic'.
- Enter a brief subject heading for your enquiry in the field labelled 'Subject'.
- Enter full details of your enquiry in the text box labelled 'Message'.
- Click once on the button labelled 'Open' to send your ticket to the WMS support team. You will now see that your ticket appears under a list headed 'All my tickets'.
