How do I publish multiple page at the same time?

1. Select the 'Publish All Pages' option from the 'Manage' menu in the site editing toolbar.
2. Confirm that you definitely want to start publishing all pages by clicking once on the 'OK' button in the confirmation pop-up box.

You will now be taken to the publishing area where you will see a list of your site pages appear as the WMS starts to publish each of them individually. A message will appear in the publishing area to advise you that all pages have been published (and whether any errors have occurred).

If you need to only publish a selection of pages you can use "Publish Instructions":

The publish instructions feature makes it easy to create instructions that publish selected groups of pages together. See the Documentation under "Publishing Pages" for full details of creating and running Publish Instructions.

Note: Publish Instructions are only available in the WMS Professional Edition.
